Ms. Ketner advises and represents management in a wide variety of employment matters, including personnel issues, harassment and discrimination, medical leaves and accommodations, wrongful termination, breach of contract, and workers safety. Additionally, Ms. Ketner serves as an investigator for corporate and governmental entities.
Prior to joining Simons Hall Johnston, Ms. Ketner served as of counsel at the world’s largest employment and labor law firm. Ms. Ketner’s years of experience in nearly all aspects of employment law give her a strategic advantage in representing her clients.
Ms. Ketner graduated from La Salle University (B.S. 1997) and earned her law degree from Temple University, Beasley School of Law (2000). Ms. Ketner also acts as a mediator on a pro bono basis for the United States District Court for the District of Nevada’s inmate mediation program.
